Life with God

 Eternal life....is it merely living forever?

 God created us to live [and fellowship] with Him, forever, in His presence
 therefore eternal life has got to be more than living for eternity.
 1 John 5 verse 11 reveals that '...God has given us eternal 
 life, and this life is in His Son.'

 Eternal life is life as God has and enjoys it, it speaks of a
 quality of life that can only be enjoyed by those who have
 faith in Christ, those who have invited Christ into their hearts
 and lives.  They are assured,  according to verse 12 of                                                                      1 John 5, of the 'God kind of life' - eternal life!

 Paul the Apostle exclaims that to really live is to be in Christ
 and this life is to be found in Christ Jesus alone (Phill. 1:21)... Make
 sure that you have eternal life and not simply life (existence).
